Join Chef James Porter as he explores the wide spectrum of this spectacular cuisine, sampling the Mediterranean’s delicacies while providing hands-on instruction and techniques to bring these vibrant recipes back to your home kitchen.

From tapas, pintxos, and paella to open-flame cooking, simplify these age-old techniques and make these classic flavors and fickle heat sources your friend. An authentic food culture experience, TERRA raises heritage breed Iberico pigs, native to Spain and Portugal. Savor a traditional Spanish suckling pig to Jamón Ibérico De Bellota, a country delicacy and revered to be the finest in the world. As the sun sets, be guided through the history of Spanish wines and how to pair them with your meals like a pro.

This experience includes informative and fun cooking classes, wine tasting, all meals, and multi-course dinners, interactive farm activities, and access to wellness services and accommodations at our refined Western estate.
