BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Rates are based on availability, subject to change, and are not valid with any other promotion. All reservations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. This deposit is refundable, minus a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount, if canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Your full deposit amount is nonrefundable for cancellations made within 60 days prior to your arrival. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for the cancellation of a portion of your reserved stay or a reduction in the size of your party. Reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking. Because of our small size, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. TERRA farm + manor highly recommends purchasing trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider.
If in the event a weather incident requires a cancellation of your reservation, TERRA farm + manor cannot be held responsible and we will not accept cancelations outside of our normal policies. TERRA farm + manor highly recommends that you purchase trip insurance from your travel advisor or your insurance provider. Also, please check with your credit card provider as many provide this protection.
