The luxurious manor at TERRA consists of eight rooms including one master suite, a guest lodge, game room, library, two dining rooms, multiple patios and verandas, and the TERRA Cookery.
Master Suite
Sycamore, the spacious master suite, consists of a luxurious king-sized bed, a fireplace, a walk-in shower, and an antique cast iron bathtub. The attached private patio is the ideal place to unwind after a long day of cooking and exploring.
Guest Rooms
Each of the seven uniquely decorated additional guest rooms surround a lush courtyard, perfect for social gathering and game playing. All Manor rooms host queen-sized beds with luxurious Pima cotton sheets and private ensuite bathrooms.
Cookery Courtyard
In addition to the manor’s main kitchen and the Cookery, guests can expand their culinary techniques and knowledge at the Cookery Courtyard. Comprised of a wood-burning oven, traditional and deep pit barbeques, an antique French coal fire stove, and an open-fire cooking area, this space allows guests to experience old Arizona styles of cooking.
Cookery
We are proud to offer a state-of-the-art cooking school just steps away from the manor off the main courtyard. Fully with all of the culinary tools you can dream of, ready to provide the ultimate hands-on cooking experience!
Dining
Two indoor dining rooms, an outdoor island by the pizza oven, and fireside patio seating provide a variety of options for meals and hors d’oeuvres. Morning coffee may be enjoyed on a rocking chair overlooking sunrise on the farm, and days may end around one of two oversized farm tables.
Library and Game Room
TERRA features two impeccably designed recreation rooms to unwind alone or to spend quality time with others. Bring a book and a drink to the library to unwind after your day, or break out classic board games and poker chips for true entertainment from the days of yore.

Hill House
The Hill House, a separate cottage overlooking the entire property, is two-bedroom, two bathroom with an additional loft space and enclosed veranda. With its own private kitchen and living room, this is the ideal location on property to experience all that TERRA has to offer while also affording you more seclusion than the guest manor.
TERRA farm + Manor is 45 minutes north west of Prescott, Arizona, surrounded by the Prescott National Forest. Due to our secluded location and for the privacy of our guests, property coordinates and access is limited to registered guests only.
