Within our farm are fields and greenhouses filled with vegetables, flowers, and herbs, a Chef’s Garden, a two-acre orchard.

Originally a pre-Hopi settlement, TERRA was a homestead at the turn of the century. Because it resides on one of the largest aquifers in Arizona, the property is overflowing with native plants and animals. Though we have renovated it to utilize as much of our natural resources as possible, such as the sun, which is our main source of power, we utilize the land today similarly to those living there throughout the past.

TERRA farm + manor is committed to growing both specialized and native agriculture to delight and enthrall our guests and chefs. The TERRA Farm Manager works closely with Chef James Porter year-round to select vegetables, plants, and flowers to dazzle your eyes and palates. Our farming style is always sustainable, healthy, and humane.
