Discover a true sense of western terroir during this four-day, three-night experience for food and lovers at TERRA farm + manor.

Join us at our historic property and refined estate, where TERRA seamlessly blends modern comfort with rustic charm. Our one hundred acres is nestled in the heart of Arizona’s Prescott National Forest, and is a working farm with regenerative practices from greenhouses to pasture-raised Wagyu cattle and Icelandic sheep.

The farm-to-table experience with Chef James Porter seamlessly blends the freshest, locally sourced ingredients with culinary expertise and artful presentation. During cooking class, you will learn the importance of the basics to expert tips and tricks - from selecting the best salts, vinegars and olive oils to using garden fresh herbs in handmade pastas, creating simple yet impressive desserts, and discovering classic techniques.
