The freestanding building that houses the Cookery is located just off the manor courtyard, and provides up to 8 students at a time with a professional cooking station featuring Subzero Wolf equipment.

Each of our scheduled courses consists of multiple classes focusing on the fundamental techniques of the course topic. Classes are informative and fun - and the results are always delicious.

Chef James Porter, or other scheduled Chef, will guide guests through the wonderful word of cooking, many times starting from the fields and garden just steps from the manor. We provide all the tools, recipes and creativity you’ll need. You bring your enthusiasm and willingness to explore!
