TERRA is proud to feature a state-of-the-art cooking school just steps away from the manor off of the courtyard. Each station is fully equipped with all the culinary tools needed for class, and features Subzero Wolf gas ranges and ovens. Our intimate eight person class size yields the most informative lessons with professional and playful instruction by Chef James Porter, or a specially booked guest chef.

Every cooking class at TERRA is custom designed for each visit, and is determined by the season and guests’ culinary adventure level. In addition to a wealth of first hand experience, students will take home TERRA aprons and class recipes notebook.

As the season yields noteworthy ingredients, Chef James has created “not to be missed” once a year classes and menus to spotlight Mother Nature’s hard work.
